What equipment do I need to use Freshtxt?

The only equipment you need to use the Freshtxt service is a computer with access to the Internet. You simply log on to your customized Fresh Text web page, and you can begin to enjoy the benefits of one of the most advanced restaurant messaging systems in the industry. Any information you enter into the Fresh Text system, including guest information and customized promotions will be maintained and managed on our secure servers.

What is the cost of the Freshtxt service?

The basic Freshtxt service costs as little as $79/month. This includes the Restaurant Queue, Reservation Manager, Table Chart and unlimited text message table alerts per month. Text message marketing packages that let you send bulk messages to your guests are also available.

How do I sign up for Freshtxt?

Just click the signup link at the top of the page, and fill in the requested details.

How soon will I be able to get started?

Just click on the "Add Guest To Queue" button and fill out the appropriate information, then click Add To Queue. You can also click the Help Area tab in the Freshtxt application for video tutorials and answers to other questions.

What if a customer doesn't want to give out their number?

Reassure the customer that Freshtxt will not share their name or number with anyone and that a text message will only be sent when their table is ready. If they are still hesitant to provide their number, you can use your existing pager system if you have one, or they can choose to wait in the lobby.

What if I accidentally seat a guest on the Queue?

Just click the Seated Guest button on the main queue screen and choose the party to add back to the queue. You can also click the Help Area tab in the Freshtxt application for video tutorials and answers to other questions.

How do I make sure reservations are seated before walk-ins?

The reservations for the day are displayed in the right had column of the main queue. You can seat them right from there, or choose to add them to the queue and they will remain silver so you know they had a reservation. What if I need to edit a party on the Queue?

Simply click on the name in the queue and and choose edit details. Once you are done, click the save changes. You will automatically return to the queue. You can also click the Help Area tab in the Freshtxt application for video tutorials and answers to other questions.

What happens to the names on My Lists at the end of the day?

The system automatically clears the lists overnight so that you may start fresh the next day.

How do I edit my billing details?

If you need to edit your billing details, Contact Us so that a member of our support team may assist you with any changes.
